Confidentiality, security and use of information

 

• The data in Workin's databases are confidential and are not given to third parties without prior consent.

Workin clarifies that the use of the information contained in these databases is exclusively for: the relationship with the members and issues related to the life of Workin; issues related to the organization of events; the informative service of Workin as the regular sending of information and announcements about activities and issues related to Workin in general.

• The personal information it collects and keeps on file is only that which has been voluntarily provided by its members at the time of registration (or rectified afterwards), by those who registered for events organized by Workin or by those who asked to subscribe to Workin's newsletter.

• The personal data collected and kept by Workin are processed by the Workin team, and are intended only to gauge areas of interest to its members and to disseminate information within the scope of Workin's mission and objectives.

• The name and e-mail of members enrolled in Activities and Events may be transmitted to the respective coordinators to carry out communications only and exclusively within the scope of the same.

• Workin commits itself not to yield to third parties the personal data supplied by its members, except in specific and particular cases in which they expressly authorize it in writing or except under legal obligation.

Rectification or cancellation

 

• Members of Workin have the right to request access to and rectification of their data by sending a request to the e-mail address info@workin.pro or by writing to our address found in the last paragraph "Responsible Entity".

• Members of Workin may at any time opt out of receiving information from Workin, even if they have previously consented to this. In this case, they may request that their contact information be removed from the information disclosure lists by sending a request to the e-mail address info@workin.pro.

​

 

• Deleting the contact from the information dissemination lists does not prevent members from receiving messages related to the payment of subscriptions or other duties and rights as members of Workin.

Information Retention

 

• After collecting the personal information voluntarily provided by members at the time of registration (or rectified later) Workin will conserve and maintain it until the exclusion of members occurs.

Cookies

• When we visit a website there are small files (cookies) that are stored on our computer and are used to identify our computer the next time we visit the same website. Cookies only store navigation preferences but do not contain any personal information.

• The Workin site allows users to reject the use of cookies. This rejection may, however, prevent some web services from working properly, affecting, partially or totally, the navigation on the website. This rejection does not delete cookies saved on previous visits.

• However, cookies can be deleted from a computer at any time by simply removing them from the browser's privacy and security options.

Therefore, we inform you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as revocation of consent previously given, by contacting Workin by e-mail at info@workin.pro.

By accepting our Privacy Policy I authorize Workin to contact me via email and SMS, whenever necessary due to my relationship with the space, as well as authorize the use of photographs and/or videos, in which I eventually appear, for digital and/or paper promotion purposes.
