Workin Porto is a disruptive cowork and flexwork space located in Edifício Transparente. We focus on offering not only a space, but also a balanced working experience.

Flexwork spaces can take various forms and may include coworking spaces, traditional offices with flexible arrangements, remote work setups, and more. A "flexworking" is a term that refers to a location or environment where individuals have the flexibility to work in a variety of ways, adapting their work style and schedule to their preferences and needs. It encompasses the concept of offering a versatile and adaptable workspace that accommodates different working arrangements and promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Workin Porto is at the heart of Transparent Building known as "Edifício Transparente".​ Located between Foz do Douro and Matosinhos, Edifício Transparente embraces the seafront of Porto and Matosinhos, appearing at the confluence of Avenida Brasil, in Foz, with the West entrance to Parque da Cidade. The privileged location in front of Praia de Matosinhos and the wide range of services make this space a unique space to work. The Workin spaces are spread over the 4 floors of the building.

Target: Startups, SMEs and Multinationals, from the most diverse business areas, based all over the world. From 180€ p/month FLEX MEMBERSHIP: You are more than welcome to be at our workspaces in flex desks, for as long as you wish. Only portable screens are allowed on these flexible tables. Furniture is included. Target: Digital Nomads, Freelancers and small teams. From 140€ p/month All memberships include access to common areas: - Meeting rooms - Kitchens - Bathrooms and changing rooms Free coffee, filtered water & fruit! Yes, there is!

We have 14 private and shared meeting rooms spread all over the Building. Everything is booked from our internal platform used by our members and their guests. We also have a bookable auditorium on the beach floor - a space for 25/30 people, with a smart TV, tables, retractable bench, writing wall. Ideal for meetings, brainstorms, talks and conferences.

Yes, we have a printing, scanning and copying system available for our customers!

Private spaces are fully customizable. Shared spaces can also be customized by agreement with the Workin team. Our aim is to make our members feel at home so we are as flexible as possible!

Yes, we receive mail in our spaces. As the spaces are spread throughout the building, we ask that before giving the address to the supplier you talk to our team to make sure you are indicating the right address.

Yes, we have a weekly schedule of events, workshops and sports activities carefully thought for the well-being of our members.
